Brian McLaughlin

Brian McLaughlin is a co-founder of Hamachi.ai, joining an experienced team of fintech entrepreneurs to address a longstanding challenge in wealth management: the disconnect between advisor expertise and efficient, compliant outreach. Brian helps steer strategic product direction and market engagement, bringing decades of industry leadership and a track record of scaling solutions that enhance adviser productivity.

Before co-founding Hamachi, Brian was Founder and CEO of Redtail Technology, where he led development of one of the financial services world’s most widely adopted CRM platforms for advisors. In his role at Hamachi, Brian leverages his deep understanding of advisor pain points to champion AI solutions that are purpose-built—not generic—for the regulated world of financial communications.

By prioritizing seamless integration with existing advisor tools and embedding compliance into the core workflow, Brian ensures Hamachi’s technology delivers measurable time savings and risk mitigation while amplifying each firm’s unique voice and expertise.

In addition to his work at Hamachi, Brian serves on the board of the Invest in Others Charitable Foundation, supporting philanthropic initiatives across the financial services community. Outside of work, he is a longtime supporter of the Oregon Ducks and an enthusiastic follower of college athletics.
